Shipping for our UK customers

This zone comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding Channel Islands:

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £75 OR MORE 

Standard Delivery (estimated 2-4 working days) - £3.99.

Orders placed before 12pm GMT will be despatched the same day.

Next Day Delivery - £4.55.  

Please note for this option, only orders placed before 12pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday will be delivered Next Working Day.

All orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). 

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). 

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.

For security reasons, all international orders must be delivered to the billing address and additional security checks may be administered. If this is the case, we will contact you by email. Failure to reply to these emails may result in your order being delayed or even cancelled.  

Returns

For all returns the buyer is responsible for any charges incurred.

We guarantee to refund or exchange (for the latter, UK only) any item you are not completely happy with, providing you return it to us unused, still in the box and in a sellable condition. 

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our warehouse. However, please make sure that you complete your returns form in full before sending your order back to us as this will help to avoid any delays and speed up the returns process.

Returning by post 

Returning an item by post is a straightforward process. Just complete the returns form you received with your order, repackage the items with the enclosure of both the form and a duplicate copy of your receipt, seal and send everything to our address as below.

Please keep hold of the postage receipt issued to you, as this is your proof of postage. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

Refunds 

If you would like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and be made to your original method of payment. 

On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. This may be shorter, depending on when your return was received for process, and your bank’s processing timescale. Once your order has been refunded, you will receive notification via email.

Exchanges

If for any reason your order arrives and it is not the right size or it is the wrong colour, then do not worry, you can exchange it for something else. Simply complete the exchange section of our returns form (included in your order), attach a duplicate copy of your receipt and send everything back to us by post on the address provided above.

Your initial shipping and returns are at your cost, however, we will not charge you for the cost of posting your exchanged item(s) to you.

If there is a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, you would have to return the item and place another order. 

Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.
