Methods of Payment and Security 

We accept the following payment methods: 

  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay 
  • Clearpay (Afterpay)

The card details you provided will be processed with SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions.  Credit cards shall be subject to authorisations and checks by their issuing entity, but if this entity does not authorise the payment we shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver, and we shall not be able to formalise any contract with you.  

In the event that your card is rejected, it could be for the following reasons: 

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card has not surpassed the expiry date.
  • The card may have reached its credit limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded its credit limit. 
  • The details entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Customers using Clearpay (otherwise known as Afterpay):

Clearpay enables customers the ability to buy now and pay later without requiring traditional credit, upfront fees or interest. However, failure to make their payments will result in late fee charges.

Please note that the application and approval to use this service is solely between customers and Clearpay. Therefore, Hollabi will have no involvement in this process or be able to assist in the event where customers require any assistance.

Please also note that our return policy is not affected by the Pay Later options you take with Clearpay. Any unwanted item purchased from Hollabi must be returned within the specified period, as in our return policy.

Customers are required to be over eighteen years of age to use the service.

Payment Cancellation Request:

Payment cannot be cancelled once completed.

We appreciate that circumstances could arise in which you may need to cancel your order. This is possible, however, you will need to be prompt with your cancellation request. 

Unfortunately, once an order fulfilment process has reached a certain point, it can no longer be cancelled. Please email info@hollabi.com, and we will endeavour to accommodate your request where possible or advise accordingly.
